1.The numeric controlled vertical lathe is a advanced equipment with high performance, broad processing craft scope and high production efficiency. 2. The main shaft wof worktable is centered by biserial short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision and adjustable diametral clearance. Wtih the constant current and static pressure rack in axial direction. The worktable has the features of high running accutracy, large carrying capacity and small thermal deformation.
3. The pedestal,worktable, lathe body and beam are made of ferrosteel with high strengthth and high wearing qualities. which are tempered to remove the internal stress and to keep their shapes from changing.
4. Column, cross beam and guide surface are all supersonic frequency quenching, quenching hardness HRAC48-55 degree.
5. The feeding of the lathe is driven by AC servomotor through all screw transmitting motion. The beam and vertical tool posts are covered with sealing shield, which make the lathe more safe and easy to oeprate.
6. The main shaft of the lathe is driven by AC motor. With the 16 step speed changing mechanism to main shaft. the rotation rate of worktable can be changed in the scope.
7.Imported or home-made numerical controlling systems can be adopted according to users needss,Install housing, chip conveyor and liquid coolant device optional.
